Q.

Just wana take clarity my baby is almost 3 months now, after c-section delivery I have bleeded for almost 40 days approx. however after that I never had my PMS again. is it normal? When do I get back to my normal Menstrual period?

A. Yes it is normal to not get your regular menstrual cycles even up to 6 to 12 months after giving birth especially when you are exclusively breast-feeding your baby. But keep using some sort of contraception to avoid accidental pregnancyWrite Your Answer Here

A. Yo It is completely normal women can skip their periods for 12 months also at a stretch after their delivery so need not worry about it whenever your body is ready for it will start with your mensuration cycle once again but as of now you are on a break so enjoy your time
