just saw these red marks type on diaper or urine side of my 6 month 29 days old baby. he had water melon yesterday can it be because of that. there is no fever or any other change in behavior.its hot here but urine count is more than 6. I saw inside of the diaper also by cutting it it's just on surface. I am very worried.

A. dont worry as it is very tiny n faint stain. might becdue to watermelon it is. .asper yiur discription, he us active n playful, urine output is good, no need to worry about it. .
