Hello ma’am It could possibly be due to sweat allergy in the body so it would be best for you to consult a dermatologist ones regarding the same because the doctor only after proper checkup can tell you what exactly it is and if needed you can go for a proper course of homoeopathic treatment to deal with this issue.
