The food should be warm, less spicy, semi-solid and soft
Give Warm soups which you preffer, boiled vegetables like carrot, beans, pumpkin. Fruits , apple, pomogranate juice, sweet lime juice, avcado, pear. Give oats, roti, daliya, l-khichdi adding some ghee.
