jai is having fever for past 3 days but he is not able to stand he keep saying that he has pain in legs . I had given him ibugesic his fever goes down and come again upto 101.6 F . Please tell what to do.

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same aend you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do bodyd sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meet the doctor immediately.
