It Is a possibility I believe that your child is having low haemoglobin which is why this issues are happening so it would be advisable for you to get a test done for your child when you do find out if your child is less on haemoglobin or if there is any other issue as well the doctor would be able to guide you and for speech you should consult an ENT doctor once
