Its urgent please reply My daughter is 7 months old And i gave her jackfruit Because of that she is having diarehea from last 5 6 days And whatever she ia eating now its either passing through watry loose motions or by vomitting... Please tell me what to do now I have consulted my doc but nothng helped her till now
