its beena 4 month of my c section yet I didn't get my period. yesterday I had unprotected sex.... what should I do to avoid pregnency ...should I take an ipill... is it safe for me?

Yes you can take a single dose of Ipill immediately and do a pregnancy test two weeks after the intercourse to rule out accidental pregnancy.
