Q.
its been 45days since my c section i am going through severe pain in my back. what should I do ? can I do mechanical massage on my back . some doctors say ok to the massage some says do not massage on back. I am so confused what should I do. I feed my baby in sitting position. she never feed full at one time. she demands it 3 4 times of one full feed. if I feed her lying on bed she mostly vomit or choke please advice

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take enough rest and painkillers
Take a good care
Give adequate feeding
