It's over 10 months my wife has not having her period after the delivery, is there any concern or it is normal, please help.

A. no.You can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydratesSee you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as well
