It's not a physical problem, I don't feel like playing as a child, what should I do?

That’s your basic nature so it’s not a problem so I’m just going to suggest you to get enough toys with your child to play with and I’m not saying like a child with your child but you can play with the toys that your child has which is what is going to be good and beneficial at the same time so that is what you’ll have to do to entertain your child
