it's my 44th day of delayed period.i got pinkish bleed very lightly...is that a sign of pregnancy or period

Clarify all your concerns regarding this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
