Q.
it's been six months since I delivered a baby. still I don't get my period back. I oit on some extra killos. is it a reason that I dnt get my period back??

Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually nothing like that usually a breastfeeding mother sometimes till they stop the breastfeeding also they are not going to get the periods it is quite natural no need to worry just check with your doctor once but it's very normal
