Q.

It's been a month since I underwent C section delivery. I'm getting backpain now. Could you please suggest any simple stretches I can do now to reduce the back pain?

A. Right now if you want and if you’re comfortable go for Keagle exercises that helps in stretching the legs and also back pain is relieved secondly you can keep a hot water bottle or hot water that’s what you can do but you cannot do any other stretching as it can actually affect your stretches
