Q.

it's been 6 months for my c section delivery. now I am feeling numbness , pins and needles, tingling in my legs thumb. what is the reason and what should I do?

A. C section is not related to numbness of legs etc so it would be better to consult with an Ortho doctor to have proper check up it may be related to sciatica which needs proper treatment regular oil massage is also very helpful in the case

A. Sometimes yeah it happens. I will suggest you to have your iron and calcium medicines regularly evzn upto a year after delivery it will help take good rest and if your feeding sit comfortably and see doctor if needed. Include fruits vegetables to your diet
