it's been 5 days my breast milk is reduced,I could hardly pump 10 ml,I tried moringa leave curry,daily morning I'm having methi seeds too

A. ok. you can start shatavari kalp with milk twice a day. it will help you. also latch your baby to breast more often. drink lots of liquids. all the best
