Q.

It's been 4 months since my delivery. I want to reduce my postpartum weight gain. Especially belly and thighs. What kind of belly belt should I use to reduce the belly?

A. to reduce the Postpartum weight as well as tummy the best thing is regular exercise and daily walking which is very beneficial do not reduce your diet as good nutrition and good water intake is necessary to maintain good health
