Q.
it's been 4.5 months since I gave birth to my baby. it was a normal delivery but since than my periods have not returned, I feel worried now. till what time will they return? what should I do for that? I breast feed my baby exclusively.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. no problem .it will come.You can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydratesIf you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

But Why do you need to worry about it at all lot of women don’t have their periods for a long time after the delivery child whether the vaginal delivery or C-section delivery that does not make a difference periods can be can be prolonged before you know or 6 to 8 months and even more certain time so need not worry about it
