Q.
it's been 3 months since I have delivered my baby girl and at the start I used to put a belt on my belly but due to constant physical activity I stopped using it and because of which now I have a mommy belly like pouch, so if I start using the belt again will it help reduce my belly?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. okay no t c. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
