Q.

it's been 28 days after my delivery but my breastmilk is not increasing.At a time only 30 ml of milk comes.How can I increase breastmilk.

A. hello have lactare tablet which can be helpful or galact granules and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion if not then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle
