Q.

it's always a struggle to feed my daughter any solid foods. cries a lot and have to force feed her. I am stressed out. I still feed her food in paste form. she hardly chews. what do I do?

A. well its okm. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. Hello I’d advise you to get a haemoglobin level check for your child to lower level of haemoglobin iron in the body a lot of times it is seen that kids do not have proper appetite they have a very suppressed appetite according to the age so get that right then start with iron supplement if required
