it's about the private part of my baby boy. it's not open in full. he is now 10 month old. what should I do to clear the opening

Use Coconut oil regularly into that area just put a drop or two and then just try to slowly gently or just take it down it will happen with passing time if it does not happen on its own using the oil also then you can consult your doctor it is very common with kids at this age
