Consume more protein rich food,
Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet.
Fresh fruits, dairy products.
Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding.
Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day. ok

SindhuMom of 2 children2 years agoA. my baby sleeps at late night i.e around 1 AM and wakes up in morning 10 AM this is since last one year .... we tired a lot and unable to change her sleeping pattern is it a problem ??
