Q.
I had c section delivery 4 months back but still I get pain on incision if I walk without belt.. please suggest me and I have not suggested any calcium tablets from doctor also I feel like tired and weak..

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom get your Hb levels checked as well .. and also calcium .. you would require supplements after delivery for a period of time . Also massages would be quite helpful as well
