ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Not needed. you should give only breast milk to her till first 6 months. practise tummy time . Burping and patting on back is important post feeding .

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. hi parent Gripe water has been traditionally used to cure the colic issues. So it can be given but not too frequently. make sure it doesn't contain much sugar massage her with coconut oil daily. Take sunbath daily
