it happens from past 2 days...I give him levocetrizine... lotion calemine..but in the morning rashes are disappear but in the evening it appears

A. It should be due to some allergy reaction because maybe your child is eating something that’s creating this allergy like this see you’ve done the best from your side that you could do but I would highly recommend you to please consult your doctor once
