Q.

it 6 months of delivery with tubectomy .. I feel like periods pain but no periods.. I'm still breastfeeding

A. The period will typically return about 6-8 weeks after you give birth, if you are not breastfeeding. But if you are breastfeeding, the timing for a period to return can vary. Those who practice exclusive breastfeeding, might not have a period the entire time they breastfeed.
