#asktheexpert no periods after delivery, I have 6 months old baby, no medicine is taking, breastfeeding.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes it is normal to not get periods or to get irregular periods during breastfeeding journey. as breastfeeding causes hormonal changes in body. so don't worry it will regularise by own naturally. take healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your body well hydrated. maintain good hygiene.
