ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician2 years agoA. better to avoid it No need to worry for pain, fever, swelling after vaccination. Its common after vaccination If baby is crancky , exessive cry, swelling and fever then Give paracetmol drops to baby for 1-2 days Fever, pain will decreases in next 1 -2 days Don't apply anything over vaccination site It cause decrease in the efficiency of given vaccine Cont. to give feed as per demand Keep ur baby well hydrated Keep a watch on urine output Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day Swelling will take it's own time to disappear.

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello just keep icepack over the area which helps reduce swelling and pain and also if child is having fever put paracetamol and this would also help reduce the pain and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
