is this rashes or allergy its on legs and face what i m supposed to do

A. You can apply calamine lotion that’s a good thing that you can apply on the skin currently and if needed of course you can also take an assistance with your doctor if there’s any other issue associated with the picture that you have shared so the doctor can advise you accordingly
