is this a sign of eczema..or what does those skin color lumps on my babies face..how to get rid of those small lumps

A. Hello dear parent, if you h e tried to upload a picture, then due to some technical problems at first, sometimes pictures are not uploaded properly. You can type your query again and upload picture again and post it again at Q And A section of the parenting panel of first cry. Any one available will definitely reply to your query
