is this a chicken pox ? but my child have no fvr ,running nose ,sore throat..this one is her leg..

No this is not chickenpox this could just be something you know like a water wart kind of a thing that can happen with kids but it is definitely not looking like chickenpox it looks like pimples when it happens and it starts spreading on the entire body with fever so it really does not look like that
