Q.

Is there any way or any medication I can use to stop my breast milk supply? I have resumed work from office so I am unable to pump it out. As a result my breast becomes hard with lumps. Also the added pressure of commuting to office in local transport results in my clothes getting wet due to leakage of breast milk. Breast pads don't help much here as well. My 6 month old has formula during the days I am in office.

A. if you are not comfortable then you can stop breastfeeding gradually because if you stop it immediately it will cause breast pain and at the same time you have to increase outside milk gradually. meet your doctor who will guide you whether there is need of any oral medicines to decrease the breast milk
