I would suggest to try having either "Ashokarishta ayurvedic medicine" or " Hempushpa" . Both are ayurvedic and good for such period related issues. You can also read about both of it on Google. I personally like the taste of Ashokarishta over other. Please follow it. Follow the course of 3-4 bottles of anyone.
