Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. you can go for either painless vaccine (acellular) or painful (cellular) vaccine because both have got same effectiveness and efficacy dand immunity. painless vaccines usually do not cause fever while in painful vaccine fever and pain will continue for 2 or 3 days. accordindg to your preference you can choose any one of them.
