is there any medicine to reduce the pain in gums of 10 month old baby?

A. Hello good morning !! For easing gum pains while teething ,using teethers,soothers will help. Also breast feed and finger goods( Cut vegetables in finger /wedge shape Steamed or boiled) this also helps in easing gum pain. Consult the Doctor for pain relief syrup while teething.
