take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for good immunity .
eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated

No It is not for pregnant women it is not for nursing mothers it is definitely not for either of them you have to just take all the precautions because it is not recommended to go for this as of now so you’ll just have to wait for some more time and after that you can go for it
