See if your child is actually having an issue then go for full body checkup otherwise basic test is CBC which is complete blood count with which you can come to know a lot of things associated with the body of the child so you can go for that and if you wanna get like a full body other parts also check up internally then you can refer to your doctor they advise you with the test that would be good to be done
