A. hi CRP is C Reactive Protine ,is indicative of infection or inflammation, usually it signifies underlying sepsis in newborn baby. Blood and urine test will be done to know the source of an infection. your doctor will cover up baby with antibiotics if blood or urine culture show positive bacterial growth. CRp test is screeningt test only
