you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of this condition of your kid's milk teeth.. maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily

Yes It is fine let it come out anyways it is going to be a temporary teeth only so don’t worry about it if the blackness increases or other teeth are also coming in the same manner then you can consult a paediatric dentist but as of now it seems normal to me
