RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Yes sugar can be given to the child but if you have an option of eliminating sugar with other substitutes which are healthy then you can try opting for dates jaggery coconut sugar and maybe you can go ahead with brown brown sugar otherwise if you want regular sugar that’s just fine
