Q.

is sugar advisable for 6 months + babies? also can packet milk be given to them? can kheer be given as first food?

A. Yes, pinch of sugar u can give sometimes.

A. Hi mom Packet milk is not recommended for the babies below one year. Now it will be difficult for the baby to digest it. Sugar salt jaggery etc also to be introduced once baby completes one year. Start with ceralac or daal ka pani as they are easy to digest. Introduce kheer later.
