Hi Doctors & Mommies, Soon my son will be 6 months and I will be starting dal pani etc for him. Is it advisable to add salt to it? Need suggestion for Sugar & Salt addition in food.

A. good to avoid sugar n dalt adding in baby food. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland. ok.
