SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, yes it effects the baby as you will be breastfeeding. Avoid smoking and sodas and drinking especially while breastfeeding. Have a healthy diet food and take adequate liquid like fresh fruit juice, coconut water, buttermilk and.
