Hi mommy Yes you can Maintain hygiene Wash area often with lukewarm water Wash hands often before touching your baby Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Appky coconut oil or olive oil and diaper rash cream Keep babys surrounding clean and dust free Maintain hydration
