is shathavari good to increase breast milk supply...my daughter s 3months old can I take it now

A. yew its good.try.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. Yes You can try taking it if it increases your lactation you can definitely try because a lot of medicines people are taking but they do not get any positive results but with this you can try since it is an Ayurvedic option so yes go ahead with it
