is rasin, cashew and almond are good for my baby's health. she takes it every day in small quantity-2/3cashew, 1/2almon and 4/5 rasin. suggest me

A. yes, nuts n dry fruits ate good. dried fruits and nuts are the most ideal food for undernourished children to gain weight as they provide all the required micro-nutrients along with calories and fats.

A. yes nuts are good source of vitamins and help in growth and development of good immunity. in addition to cashew almonds and resins you can also add makhana in the diet
