Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. no it is acc to dr. Child specialist should be seen for this as proper treatment and management required a proper examination of baby by the doctor. As such no any self medication should be given to baby .

It It is not recommended to be given to the child so I would not advise you to go ahead with it it is not about being safe or not it is generally not recommended because it has its own side effects if your doctor is advising due to any of the reasons then it could be a different thing altogether otherwise it’s not recommended
