ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi. excessive drooling of saliva is one of the sign of teething phase.. you should check for other signs also such as swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature, loose motions, loss of appetite to confirm for teething
