Q.

Is mixed porridge of oats and makhana beneficial for my 7 month old baby boy? What else homemade healthy food could be included in his diet which can result in his healthy growth?

A. oats alone.daliya halwa kheer.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. hello...yes oats is very healthy...Give different porridges like ragi oats suji porridge mixed with mashed bananas and other fruits...give dal khichdi with little ghee n veges like lauki/Carrot puree with a sweet taste and smooth consistency, pureed carrots are typically one of the most well-accepted first baby foods from 7 months of age and yam or sweet potato puree or butternut squash puree or green pea puree or green bean puree or avocado puree or apple puree or pear puree
